Penelope Christ is a spiritual teacher, healer, poet, singer and artist. She lives in Toronto, Canada. She teaches about freedom, peace and making your life fully what you want. She grew up in Thornhill, Canada in a suburban neighbourhood. She grew up with both her parents who were loving and somewhat quiet. She grew up with 2 brothers. She started her meditation practice in 2011. She studied with Jeff Warren, Shinzen Young, Adyashanti and Mukti. She developed her spiritual teachings with her own spiritual awakenings and realizations.
